Staying at Dunromin was quite a pleasant surprise. The family room had comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring Blackpool. Staff greeted us warmly, making check-in easy, even with our luggage. The room itself was clean and equipped with the essentials, like a kettle for tea and coffee. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the seafront and attractions like the Blackpool Tower. we faced a couple of hiccups. The TV didn’t pick up channels right away, requiring a bit of retuning, and the noise from the neighboring hotel was bothersome at night. The lack of a breakfast option was also a letdown, but a café nearby made up for it.

The hotel was in walking distance to the main attractions, making it perfect for our adventures. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and my daughter had a great time enjoying the fireworks nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, which was ideal for our short stay.
The TV in our room required retuning for channels, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

great staff but some noise issues
The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, allowing early check-in when we arrived drenched from the rain. The beds in our family room were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep for all. They were understanding even when our children were being a bit loud. We really appreciated the efforts the staff made for us during our stay, which made it more enjoyable.

Lee really made our stay special by helping with our luggage and guiding us to parking, which was free on Sunday! The room had a fridge and microwave that made it easy to settle in. The kids loved the bunk bed. Just a heads-up, the stairs were a bit tricky with the pram, so packing light helps! 😊

The stay included some highlights, such as the incredibly welcoming hosts who went above and beyond to make breakfast special for the kids, and the fried oysters were a delightful treat. cleanliness fell short, with several issues reported, including unsatisfactory bathroom hygiene and an uncomfortable bed causing poor sleep quality. The tight quarters in the family room also made it challenging to relax comfortably.
